- Reason for return 
- Order number which can be found in order confirmation email or under your account in your "Orders” section. 
- You have up to 10 business days after receiving your order to submit your return request. Our team will assess the request (based on return eligibility).

If the article can be refunded, for the return, you need to include all original packaging and materials. Our carrier will pick up your package at a date and time that suit you to the address mentioned when you return by mail.

Once your item is received, please allow 7 business days for processing and review. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund will be validated after receipt and verification of the jewel. Your refund will then take place within 2 to 3 days. 

 If the article can't be refunded, for example,

Any damaged jewel can not be the subject of a refund. To recall any personalized jewel (engraving) can not be the subject of a refund or an exchange. 

Any return that can consider an information already mentioned on the purchased article can not be subject of a refund, neither returned.
